How can watching how fast lifts arrive at busy times help you judge daily convenience?

During a viewing, you might ride the lift once and think, “Seems fine.” But real life is about peak times: mornings when everyone leaves for work and school, evenings when they return, or weekends when people come and go more.

If you can visit around those times and simply watch how often lifts arrive, how crowded they are, and how long people wait, you’ll get a realistic idea of daily experience. In tall buildings with too few lifts, the wait can be frustrating, especially on upper floors.

If you have kids, older family members or tight schedules, slow lifts can quickly become more than a minor irritation.

A home isn’t just about the flat itself. The time you spend waiting in lobbies, in lifts or on stairs is part of the package too.
